Music Instruction
South Island Music, Inc. of Wantagh offers music instruction on all instruments, including guitar, bass, piano, clarinet, flute, saxophone and recorder. Lessons are given in-studio or in-home and are offered by the half-hour and hour.

Whether you're a beginner or advanced, adult, teen or child, playing jazz, pop, rock or classical, South Island Music, Inc.'s experienced professionals tailor each one-on-one lesson to the type of music you want to learn. Group instruction also available.
NYSSMA Preparation
South Island Music, Inc. has been preparing students Grades 4 - 12 annually for NYSSMA (New York State School Music Association) for close to 20 years. The majority of these students consistantly score high at NYSSMA and are often chosen to make All County, All State, All Eastern and All National bands. They are a reflection of the quality preparation given to NYSSMA students throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
Ages 4 - 6 Parent-Child Starter Program
Children ages 4 - 6 and a parent can learn beginning piano or recorder together! Parents have the option to learn along side their child so they may offer at-home support during practice time.
